Salzer Industrie Service is the youngest company in the SALZERGRUPPE. Originally anchored in Salzer Papier GmbH as the “Technology and Maintenance” department, as an independent company it was also able to offer its expertise to external companies.
2008
Spin-off from Salzer Papier GmbH
Salzer Industrie Service GmbH (SIS) was spun off from Salzer Papier GmbH in 2008 as a separate maintenance company. We have developed into the absolute specialist in the field of maintenance and servicing of industrial plants.
2009
Entry of our first mechatronics apprentice
Already in the first year we welcomed our first mechatronics apprentice. Over the years we have already trained 6 apprentices (electrical & metal technicians) and look forward to many more.
2018
10 years of Salzer Industrie Service
The celebration was held with colleagues at a joint breakfast and an excursion to a high ropes course.

2020
New factory hall and a new office
Opening and moving into the newly constructed office building and workshop in October 2020. The special feature is the facade made of Corten steel. The extremely robust and constantly changing facade is the highlight of the almost 1.4 million Euro investment of the SALZERGRUPPE. The new workshop and a two-story office building were erected by ATC Generalunternehmungen GmbH in just 7 months.
